Shipping & Delivery:

Voucher

The voucher will be sent immediately within an email after your payment confirmation.  To use the voucher, you can show the email directly to the merchant, or you can bring the printed voucher to merchant.

Goods

You can choose between pick-up, regular delivery, priority shipping and cash on delivery.  Your products will be delivered within 3 business days in Metro Manila area, and within 7 business days for provincial deliveries.  All goods will be sent using LBC express.  The shipping rate can be found in their website:  http://www.lbcexpress.com/

The free delivery is offered to our certain Modalife members, please refer to the member club policy for more information.  

International orders are shipped via DHL service.  Please contact support@modalife.ph for the detailed information.

 

Return & Exchange:

We promise to be your trusted partner for entertainment by delivering the vouchers, goods and services you deserve  all at competitive prices.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can help you with a replacement or return.

Voucher

· For expired voucher with unsent goods, the voucher can be fully refunded or exchanged to an equivalent cash coupon; for expired voucher of the entertainment or certain package with timely manner, the voucher cannot be refunded after the marked effective date on the voucher.

· If the voucher has not expired, but you change your mind.  For voucher with goods, please see above. For the other vouchers, the voucher can be exchanged to an equivalent coupon within a certain date.

· If you are not satisfied with the goods/services, please contact support@modalife.ph

Goods

· For the goods sold directly from modalife, all the intimate items cannot be returned, e.g. ear stud, underwear, skincare and makeup; all foods/drinks cannot be returned once opened, e.g. snacks, wine; all toys and kitchenware can be returned if opened but intact within 7 days; the others can be returned if unopened.

· For the items which can be returned, please contact support@modalife.phwith the confirmation email.  

· The return shipping cost will be paid by customers.

· For unsatisfied items (damaged, defective, incorrect delivery, mismatch description), please contact us for the possible free return.

· International shipped items can only refunded for the extreme cases (damaged, defective, incorrect delivery, mismatch description).
